The above prices are the same for both athletes and non-athletes in each category.
All
children
3 years and under will be admitted to the Games activities free of
charge when accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.
Faxed
or mailed registrations will be assessed an additional SEK 200
per registrant on above fees.
The
LOC can not guarantee that a registrant, who registers late will be
placed in a hotel with his or her team.

Payment

March 15-
Registration Deadline - 10% payment of your registration fee to the
Swedish LOC via your Team Manager.
March 16 - April
1 - Late Registration Period - an additional fee of 700 SEK is
required in all registration categories.
April 1 - Full
payment of your total registration fee (including extra nights) to
the Swedish LOC via your Team Manager. Otherwise, your registration
will be cancelled.
April 1 – Late
Registration Deadline. No registrations allowed after April 1.
If
you need to cancel you booking after your payment, please send us an
e-mail (registration@wtg2011.com)
the date and time on your e-mail will be advised in accordance with
the following cancellation rules.
Now - April 1, we
will return 100% of your registration fee.
April 2 - April
30, we will return 70% of your registration fee.
May 1 – June
17, we will return 0% of your registration fee.
