Floorball
Location
The
Floorball tournament will be held in Valhalla Sports Centre.
Rules
Every
country is allowed 1 (one) team. Every team has 5 (five) players + a
goalie. i.e. 5+1 players in the rink at the same time, at
least
one of
whom must be a woman.
Substitutes are allowed.
Every
Floorball match is played in 2(two) periods, 2 x 20 minutes. Total
match time is 40 minutes.
Each
Floorball team has to have at least one female team member on the court at all time.
A
country MAY
HAVE
2 teams if the total amount of competitors in a country’s team
consists of 40 or more registered competitors.
The
Floorball competition of the 2011 WTG will be played by the rules
set by The International Floorball Federation.

Equipment
WTG2011
will provide sticks, balls and the goalies protective gear. You are
off course allowed to bring your own Floorball stick and goalie gear
as long as they are within the rules.
