The Local Organizing Committee of the 18th World Transplant Games thank you for attending Göteborg, Sweden.

The WTGF and Sweden LOC is committed to a process of continual improvement and would like your help.  

We would appreciate your feedback via this survey to help us plan future Games and importantly to pass on any learnings to future host cities.

Responses to this survey are anonymous, although you are welcome to provide your email address in the end of the survey if you would like to receive a copy of the compilation of the survey results.

This survey will be live until 3 August, applications filled in after this date will unfortunately not be included in the final compilation. 

All questions with a star requires an answer regardless of which category you belong to. If you can´t move along to the next slide in the survey, it means that you have missed filling out a question.
